Blending & Dosing

Proprietary equipment allows us to blend up to 4 different items at a time. Need more than 4 items? We have the ability to scale up the total number of items through the use of additional lines to dose whatever blend you need.

Size Reduction

By utilizing multiple types of size reduction equipment standard to the industry, as well as our own custom designed equipment, we are confident we can meet any size specifications you require. With the addition of temperature controlled equipment, we are able to chop gummy and chewy-center items, setting us apart from our competition.

Powder Blending

We are always looking to expand our capabilities to become a One Stop Shop for all of our customer’s dry product needs. Our newest product lines now allow us to blend and package various powders such as cake mixes, drink mixes, spice blends and supplements.

Roasting & Seasoning

With multiple batch roasters, we have the ability to roast and season a multitude of nuts and seeds such as pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds and pepitas. These can also be used as part of a blend if you want to use our blending and dosing capabilities to make a unique trail mix or salad topping.

Bowls & Lids

Want to offer your product in a grab and go format or as an inclusion for a yogurt or drink? Our bowl and lidding lines allows for a variety of packaging options to create a custom format designed specifically to meet your needs.

Kitting

One of our newer offerings is the ability kit out the products we produce for our customers. If you are looking for a co-packer who can handle Direct to Consumer or Big Box pack outs, look no further!

Allergen & Gluten Control

We understand just how important allergen segregation is. As such, we have multiple non-peanut non-tree nut production rooms, a tree nut only production room and a peanut only production room. Additionally, we segregate by allergen in our storage areas and have a rigorous program in place that includes allergen testing.

Additionally, we have just recently added the ability to package certified Gluten Free products.

Co-Packing & Manufacturing

We co-pack and co-manufacture for some of the largest food manufacturers in the nation as well as new startups looking to get off the ground. We can price a project several different ways such as turnkey, tolling or a hybrid model where we supply product or packaging and the customer supplies the rest.

Process Controls

Over the years, we have invested in software and equipment that ensures we produce safe, quality food every day. All of our product is metal detected and we have the ability to metal detect in line so that we can package in metalized film for longer shelf life and product integrity. On top of that, we have recently invested in checkweighing equipment to make sure your end user is getting what they paid for.

Limited Time Offerings or LTOs are one of our specialties. We work with our customers to coordinate everything from raw material procurement, production and distribution with short turnaround times to ensure that their promotions go off without a hitch.

We work with some of the largest suppliers in the country and are well versed in all kinds of packaging options. If you are looking for a turnkey operation, we can handle contracting for product and packaging on your behalf and store at our facility to ensure a constant supply for you and your customers.
